What is Quokka?

Quokka is a SaaS cloud-based people management platform which helps companies develop engaged and high performing teams.

How to create an account on Quokka?

You just simply register your email by clincking the “Start free trial” button at the top right. Once it done, you need to activate your account via email.

Do I need to pay for using Quokka?

Quokka is providing a free trial for 14 days. Once your free trial expired, you need to pay based on the user seat you might want to buy.

Is Quokka free?

No, but you can try Quokka for free in 14 days before you decide to upgrade the plan or not.

How does the pricing work?

Quokka is based on a per-seat pricing model. We offer three types of plans with varying limits on the number of user seats (free trial has a limit of 30) bought by user.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. If you'd like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment, please contact us at support@quokkahr.com.

How to add more user if the seat reach
the limit?

If you’re in free trial there’s no way to add more user once you reach the user limits. However, if you’re in paid plan you can add or reduce user freely and the cost will adjust based on the user added or reduced.

Can I change or cancel plan anytime?

Yes. Quokka is a pay-as-you-go service and you can change or cancel plan at any time. Click on "Billing" in your workspace setting to change your plan.

What is the refund policy?

Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the feed paid b you for the remaining term.

How do I change my password?

You could simply going to login page and click “Forgot Password”. We will send you a link to reset your password to your email.

What happens if I don’t activate my free
trial account?

The account status will remain at "pending" and you would not be able to sign in the platform.
